The pregnancy is over – a time full of wonderful impressions and feelings. An exciting new phase now begins: getting to know and raising the new arrival. During the first few weeks and months, the child grows up faster than in any other phase of life. Unlike in the mother’s womb, important nutrients can no longer be absorbed via the umbilical cord, but are ideally supplied via the mother’s milk. During breastfeeding, the mother’s nutrient requirements change once again compared to pregnancy.
The omega-3 fatty acid DHA contained in lactonatal+DHA Denk also has a positive effect on the development of the brain and eyes of the breastfed baby after birth. Vitamin D is only contained in breast milk in small amounts, but is important for the development of normal bones and muscles in children. Together with other vitamins and minerals, lactonatal+DHA Denk contributes to the well-being of mother and child.
Recommended intake:
Consume 1 film-coated tablet and 1 capsule per day with a meal and plenty of liquid.
