Electrolytes are minerals, trace elements and salts that are needed in the body in sufficient quantities and in the right proportions. The equilibrium of the electrolyte balance is crucial for maintaining various functions in the body’s cells.
If the body loses a large amount of fluid, e.g. through excessive sweating, it loses not only water but also important electrolytes. These cannot be produced by the body itself and must therefore be absorbed through food and drink. electrolyte Denk is an electrolyte-glucose mixture with a composition based on the recommendations of WHO. Sodium, potassium and chloride are important electrolytes which, together with glucose and zinc, can be optimally absorbed by the body. Dissolved in 200 ml water, electrolyte Denk helps to maintain a water-electrolyte balance.
Recommended intake:
1-5 times a day, dissolve the contents of one stick in 200 ml drinking water, stir and drink.
